Anakin, Post Return of the Jedi Fanart

Some art I did on a flight the other day. Wanted to paint a picture of a post-"Return of the Jedi" Anakin. I wanted to capture a somber sort of remorse in Sebastian Shaw's face, while not compromising on David Prowse' imposing stature.

While I think that his ending was perfect, and I can't actually think of a good reason to bring him back, none of that matters when you're doing fanart!

As a side note, there was a middle-aged lady on the plane next to me while I was working on this, and I'm proud to report that she knew exactly what it was I was painting before she ultimately asked and I told her! A testament to both how awesome this lady was, and hopefully my artistic chops as well.
